Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Please note: estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico may require additional fees and transit time. Custom and bespoke items may require an additional 3–15 business days of processing time.

2. Shipping Carriers

Thespaceice partners with major carriers including FedEx, USPS, and DHL to provide fast, safe, and reliable delivery worldwide. We ship to over 220 countries and regions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If a phone number was provided at checkout, a text notification will also be sent. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at service@thespaceice.com.

You may also track your order at any time by logging into your Thespaceice account.

4. Duties & Taxes

When ordering from outside the United States, it is the recipient's responsibility to ensure the product can be legally imported into the destination country or region. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs charges upon arrival. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note: duties and customs fees are non-refundable. If a shipment is rejected due to unpaid import charges, the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If these costs exceed the value of the merchandise, we will contact you to discuss resolution options before any further action is taken.

5. Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at service@thespaceice.com. Thespaceice will allow the full carrier shipping timeframe to elapse before opening a claim, at which point we will be happy to initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

6. Order Cancellations

Thespaceice reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
