 Thespaceice’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below

 

365 Day Warranty Guarantee

Thespaceice are 100% committed to providing the highest standard of jewellery – offering a 365 Day Warranty Guarantee* for all purchases of 925 Sterling Silver and Gold Plated Jewellery. 

 

Warranty Coverage 

(Jewelry)

Thespaceice’s warrants all 925 Sterling Silver and Gold Plated products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for the lifetime of the customer.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, not including damage caused by:

• excessive wear
• lack of care.

During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product and it is deemed by Thespaceice to be a manufacturer's defect, follow the instructions for returning the product.

Thespaceice will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either

• repair the product using new or refurbished parts
• replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced
• refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product

Spaceice shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to Spaceice. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes Spaceice’s property.  

Due to the high value of jewellery, it is individually priced and therefore cannot be included in promotions or sales.

Each piece will be marked down individually to get you the best price possible. Please note that diamond type pieces are excluded from the warranty as they are individually crafted and inspected for perfection.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to 925 sterling silver and gold plated jewelry products manufactured by Thespaceice. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by

• accident
• abuse
• misuse
• misapplication
• use of non-Thespaceice products

Do not expose your Thespaceice products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to:

• liquid silver polish
• pools
• hot tubs
• salt water
• spas

Do not sleep in the jewelry. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Spaceice product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your Spaceice product.
